Travel with a baby or child
Transportation is free for children under 3 years old!
When booking with Transaltitude, it’s very simple: just reserve a seat at the “baby” rate (under 3 years old). This way, your baby will have a guaranteed seat on board. Please note that Transaltitude does not provide car seats for children.
IMPORTANT: If you do not reserve a seat for your baby, they will need to travel on your lap on the day of departure. They may be able to have a seat if there are available spots.
And if your child is over 3 years old?
Simply select the “under 26” rate to take advantage of a discounted fare.
Travel in a group
Traveling in a Group with Transaltitude!
You can book for up to 20 people for your group trips.
Transaltitude does not offer special rates for groups.
However, if you have more than 20 people and would like to arrange a customized trip or request times not available on our network, please feel free to contact our customer service.
Travel with a pet
With Transaltitude, your pets are welcome on board!
For small animals, there is no need to book a ticket. They can travel in a carrier on their owner’s lap, but please note: the carrier should not be placed at your feet for safety reasons.
If your pet is larger, you can also travel with them, but a full-fare ticket must be reserved. It is essential that your pet is kept on a leash in the bus and muzzled. They will travel at your feet.
We remind you that the central aisle must remain clear.
