Luggage

You can bring a backpack and your ski equipment. Boots, snowboards, skis, poles must be put in the holds.

Personalize and label your transport covers: this will prevent another traveller from taking your equipment by mistake!

Once you arrive at the resort, do not leave any personal belongings in the vehicle. Indeed, the bus may be different when you return in the evening.
For safety reasons, especially in case of emergency evacuation, it is forbidden to get on board with ski boots.

Closure of the slopes for weather conditions

You already have your lift pass: you will have to go directly to the ski lift ticket offices who will decide whether or not to postpone the lift pass.
You have a counter-mark: you can exchange it at the cash desk on another day but you will have to buy a ticket.

Once used the transport cannot be postponed or refunded.

Snow insurance

Snow insurance is not included in the package. To take it out, please contact the ski lift ticket offices in the resort.
