During your booking, after selecting your trip and fare, you will be directed to the “Travel Options” page. At that point, please remember to indicate your situation by checking the “UFR Seat” option. This will inform us of your need for an adapted coach.
Please note that it is essential to make this request at least 48 hours before your travel date. For last-minute bookings, it will not be possible to select this option, as our teams need this time to arrange an adapted coach.
We want to emphasize that this option is completely free of charge and incurs no additional costs.
