exchange Transaltitude
Exchanging a reservation is free of charge.
Exchanges are possible up to 10 hours before the departure time of the ticket to be exchanged.
- Go to your personal space: click on your space in the top right corner and enter your username and password.
- Open the list of orders in your customer account.
- Open the ‘Order Details’ for the order you wish to exchange.
- Click on the ‘EXCHANGE’ button.
It is important to note that you can only exchange the date and time of your ticket. It is not possible to change the stop.
Exchanges are not possible for ‘last minute’ purchases made between 10 hours and 15 minutes before departure.
Refund transaltitude
You can cancel your ticket online from the day after purchase (after midnight on the day of purchase).
- Go to your personal space: click on your space in the top right corner and enter your username and password.
- Open the list of orders in your customer account.
- Open the ‘Order Details’ for the order you wish to cancel.
- Click on the ‘REFUND’ button.
Refunds are not possible for ‘last minute’ purchases made between 10 hours and 15 minutes before departure.
If you are unable to make your cancellation, you can contact our customer service department to request a refund. The request must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the departure time of the 1st ticket in the order.
Exchange & refund Skiligne
Skiligne tickets, which include transport and ski pass, are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We would also like to remind you that we cannot be held responsible if the ski runs are closed when you arrive at the resort.
